To reach our place, we provide you the options on your choice:
From the airport take Damri Bus (IDR 25.000) to Imam Bonjol bus stop and from there, take Bus TransPadang (IDR 4000) to Bungus and stop in the final destination Simpang Teluk Kabung. From there you can use the motorcycle taxi/ Ojek (IDR 75.000) to our Ricky’s. The advantage of this option it is cheaper but took a lot more time to reach our place, 4 hours minimum.
From Airport (IDR 300.000) or from Padang (IDR 270.000) to our place directly, but sometimes it took a lot more time as most of the driver not really familiar with the road to reach our place.
Use our private taxi from the airport (IDR 500.000) or from Padang (IDR 400.000) and we directly pick you up with our professional driver in a meeting point. Our professional driver will give you a comfortable ride and a feeling safe journey. You can make a stop along the trip such as view point or any interesting points along the way on your request or even a stop to buy SIMCARD or ATM to take cash money.
Beautiful, highly recommend! After travelling around Sumatra Rickys was by far our favourite, the accommodation, location and vibes from the place itself were are 10/10! Authentic sumatra also run a turtle project here which is so lovely to see! It has its own private beach which is beautiful and they offer trips to the near by islands and other things near by! We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach/ water bungalow and loved our time there to the point we didn’t want to leave!

It’s a dream place all around: the beaches, the clear water, the super friendly and caring staff, the whole atmosphere and the get-togetherness are unbeatable. There are an incredible number of excursions, activities and opportunities to support the project, but you can also just relax. The food is delicious and certain dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.) are always taken into account. Be prepared to be welcomed like in no other place and making the best memories with your new found friends.

if i could, i would give more stars. This place is magical, beautiful, makes you feel at home and brings a lot of positive energy into your life. The food is delicious, the beach is beautiful, the rooms are a dream and the most magical thing is all the people around you. You will get to know the best jamming and what it means to love each other !
